Ideal for hard floors and carpets
The iRobot Roomba e5 is suitable for cleaning different types of hard floors and carpets, freeing them from dust, dirt and pet hair. Thanks to its side brush, edges and corners are also cleaned thoroughly. 

Handles doorways up to 2.0 cm
The iRobot e5 robot hoover effortlessly drives over doorways or carpets with a height of up to 2,0 cm to move independently from room to room. 

Brush system of the Roomba 800 series
Previously, only the robot vacuums of the iRobot Roomba 800 series have been equipped with the AeroForceTM cleaning system. But now, this feature has been incorporated into the Roomba e5 as well, giving it bristle-free rubber extractors that require minimal maintenance. 

5 times the suction power of its predecessors
Compared to its predecessors in the iRobot Roomba 600 series, the iRobot Roomba e5 has suction power that is up to 5 times stronger. 

Convenient control and start options
 

Remote control via smartphone app
With the iRobot HOME app, the Roomba e5 can conveniently be controlled - even on the go. The app has many functions, like starting or stopping the robot hoover or setting a cleaning schedule.

The iRobot app is available free of charge for Android and iOS.

Automatic cleaning with time programming
The iRobot e5 can be started manually by pushing the CLEAN button, but you can also set starting times for each day of the week, where the vacuum robot will start cleaning automatically.  

Limiting the cleaning area with a Dual Mode Virtual Wall
The robot hoover comes with a Dual Mode Virtual Wall. It has two different functions to limit the cleaning area:

Separation of certain areas through an invisible barrier.
Creation of a protection zone, which is avoided by the Roomba.
 

Smart sensors for spotless cleaning

The robot hoover iRobot Roomba e5 cleans your home in a random pattern, cleaning each spot several times, to help remove all dust and dirt. Obstacles, such as furniture, are touched softly with the robot vacuums bumper. 

No risk of falling down the stairs
With its anti-drop sensors, the iRobot e5 recognises drops. This prevents robot vacuum from falling down the stairs.

Dirt Detect Technology
Thanks to its Dirt Detect Technology the iRobot Roomba e5 recognises highly frequented and particularly dirty areas in your home. These areas are then cleaned more often and more thoroughly.

With the Roomba e5, iRobot is setting new standards, as the robot vacuum is available for less than £ 500, but still offers improved features compared to its predecessors (e.g. iRobot Roomba 896).
