Maximum odor control
The Litter-Robot 4 features a sealed waste drawer and carbon filter which help reduce litter box odors. The flexible Carbon Filter pad sits directly over the Waste Drawer to absorb odors. Under normal use, one filter should last approximately 1 month. The Carbon Filter is not required for the unit to function.
You can opt to replace the carbon filter with Whisker OdorTrap 2-Pack(purchased separately) and the Whisker OdorTrap Pod with OdorTrap Pack (purchased separately) designed to neutralize litter box odors.
Multi-cat friendly
Many cats use Litter-Robot within several days to a week of setting it up. Those already familiar with a covered litter box may be quicker to investigate Litter-Robot 4. Enhanced litter-sifting technology limits dust and ensures a clean place for kitty’s paws, while the included fence greatly reduces litter tracking out of the box. Litter-Robot 4 does not require special litter. Use any clumping cat litter and regular trash bag. Litter-Robot works well with almost any clumping or scoopable litter. Litter beads and crystals that are small enough to pass through the screen will also work. Litter-Robot is not compatible with litters that are strictly absorbent, non-clumping, loose-clumping, newspaper-based, or wood-based pellets.

Extend your Litter-Robot 4's Warranty by 24 months for a total of 4 years. The extended warranty covers your Litter-Robot for an additional 24 months on parts and labor after the manufacturer's warranty has ended. The extended warranty excludes shipping fees and accessories, such as batteries, filters, fence, step mat and ramp. This warranty is supplied by the experts of the RobotShop repair center and not the manufacturer.
