Your order

 

How do I find the product of my choice?

You can use the menu on the left, search by price level or use the search function. You can search by keyword, product name or order number. Didn't find what you were looking for? Then please contact customer service.

How do I place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" button. Then click on "continue shopping" to continue browsing the collection, or click on "checkout" to proceed to checkout. You have everything you want? Then fill in your details before checking the order and paying. Only after step 3, when you confirm the purchase, is the order final. Before you have confirmed your order in step 3, you can make changes at any time.

Can I receive my order at another address?

Yes, it is possible! In the section "your information", click on "alternative delivery address" and fill in the correct contact details there.

Do I receive a message after placing an order?

You receive an order confirmation and, depending on your payment method, a payment confirmation. As soon as your order has been packed and sent from the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code that will allow you to check the status of your order. Can I change or cancel an order? When you want to change or cancel an order, we advise you to contact customer service.

 

The delivery

How fast is delivery?

When a product is in stock and you order before 2pm, the order is sent the same day in most cases.

How can I see if a product is in stock?

The delivery time is indicated for each product above the "shopping cart" button.

Am I automatically informed when delivery times are changed?

We try to inform you as best as possible when a product cannot be delivered within the indicated delivery time. You will be informed by e-mail.

What happens when I order several products with different delivery times?

We wait until the order is complete before we can send it out in one go. If you prefer to receive a product in advance, please contact our customer service.

Can I track the status of my order?

At the time of shipment, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. This way you can find out exactly what the status of your order is and where your package is.

Who delivers my order?

All deliveries are made by bPost. They deliver your order during the day to the address you have indicated. Tip: you can also have your order delivered to your workplace, so you can be sure to receive it quickly.
