PRIVACY STATEMENT

All data you provideus will be stored and used by us as part of responsible customer management and business operations: order processing and customer management, as well as for sending our own commercial offers.

We do not provide data to third parties that affect your privacy. Of course, we do need certain information such as your name and address to third parties such as carriers or banks in order to be able  to carry out your order properly. However, we do not provide information to third parties that could be used for commercial purposes.

When you order in our online store, we need in any case the following information: first name, last name, e-mail address, your full address (street, house number, postal code, city), possibly the information of the delivery address, telephone number, user name and password with which you sign in to our online store.

As soon as possible after your registration on our website, you will receive your access data by email.

We use your email address and phone number to contact you about your order (if necessary). Newsletters or commercial e-mails will only be sent to you after you have registered separately.

If you expressly request this, we will remove all information about your order history (Act of 8 December 1992).

The use of cookies

Our webshop does not use cookies to keep track of personal data. All personal data you provide when creating an account, are stored in a database. Only after you log in again, your data will be consulted. This way you do not have to re-enter your data each time you place a new order. However, the webshop does use cookies, e.g. for Google Analytics, in order to be able to optimise the website even better according to the wishes of the customer. However, these cookies never contain any personal data.

Through your user profile you have access to all the available data about you on RoboCleaners for consultation, modification or deletion.
